I recently installed the app and needed some assistance with adding the pre-order ribbon to my product page images. Andrei responded shortly after I submitted the support ticket and was able to take care of my request promptly. Excellent customer service. So far the app works great. No complaints.

Love this app! I tried a few others first but came back to this one because it was easy to use and I liked the look of it. I had a small issue with the pre-order banner not showing on all my pre-order product pictures. It alerted me when installing and directed me to contacted their support team which I did promptly. Andrei in customer support responded quickly and with a video explaining everything. Everything is working perfectly now. Top notch customer support! Thank you

Great free onboarding just for installing the app. No need to figure this thing out on your own. A real person will hop on a video call with you to guide you through set up.

Andrei was top notch support! First time user for this application for my store that has over 6000 products.
