We had a small issue with our website, we booked a free call to resolve it. The customer service member Jolo was helping us, we found the issue had already been resolved through the team over the weekend!

I’ve been using this app for pre orders for over a year now without any issues at all, last night we encountered our first problem after changing our website theme and our pre orders not working, I got in touch with support and it was resolved within 12 hours. Fantastic service.
Support is always very responsive and helpful in answering questions, providing customizations and helping address issues.
I met with Jolo for the app demo ad download . He was excellent! Clear, kind and patient. I would recommend the app to other small business owners based on the functionality I am familiar with at this stage. Thanks Jolo!
