Preorder Notify Me Pre‑Order T

I was looking for a Pre-Order solution and decided to download Timeact. I found the app to be very intuitive and was able to set up my Pre-Orders fairly quickly and easily. I decided to enroll in the free onboarding session that would take place the following morning just to ensure I didn't miss anything in the set up process, and to get any advice from the Timesact team in best practices. The rep, Rommel, was so amazing in helping to answer my clarification questions, he ended up coding a few items so that my Pre-Order banner showed up correctly, and made suggestions and recommendations to consider as I planned future products. He even explained the pricing structure which was not very clear to me in the app.
Overall, I'm super happy with the app and look forward to leveraging it for my business!

I have literally tried different types of pre-order apps. Some of them bugged my website (still trying to fix it on their end). Once I downloaded this app, it was very straight forward. Great for starting up businesses. And I was help immediately when I was looking for color change and word changes. 100% satisfied with customer service. Super kind. If you need help don't hesitate to book an onboarding call with their team, it is FREE, and they have walked me through the app, and now I'm all set! I highly recommend trying this out, their team is very knowledgable and even helped me with other things in my store!!!
