Great app with even better customer support. I downloaded this app which was very easy to use compared to other pre-order apps. I had one small issue, the badge wasn't showing up on my product. I got in touch with Pam and she has it fixed for me in minutes. Definitely recommend this app.

It is the customer service for me. Andrei has your time, don't hesitate to book your onboarding session with him . He has customer satisfaction at his heart and that is not so common in our world now.

Very fast and efficient support! I had a slight problem with this app initially because it doesn't load, but they were able to resolve it immediately.

Awesome app, I've been using it for half a year and the devs continue to add new features. The sliding pricing model is great so that you only pay for what you need and the onboarding call was very helpful, although I did it many months later! Highly recommended for pre-order + OOS notifications.
