We were looking for a Pre-Order app for an upcoming launch of a new product and contacted Shopify. Before Timesact, there was no solution for having a pre-order automatically turn on when stock hit 0 with product pages that were mostly built with PageFly. Luckily, Timesact's customer service and engineering team is amazing and were able to make it happen for us. The app works perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. They essentially custom built us a mod of their software. That is above and beyond customer service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stellar experience with the TimesAct app. It works flawlessly. When I had a question, the support response was instant. The complimentary video call to assist with the setup was a fantastic added touch. Five stars all the way!
