I just started using this app but it has all the functionality I was looking for! they were extremely quick and helpful with customer support, fixing an issues I had within a few minutes.

Easy to set up and easy to manipulate. When I had questions or concerns the customer service was quick and very thorough. Definitely recommend.

I am using this app to help me capture sales of items that are out of stock of and plan to get back in. Not only do I love that it offers the pre-order, but I can also offer the incentive of a discount for the customers inconvenience to wait on receiving the product. Lastly, when I was unable to perform adding the function of the label, the customer service for the app was speedy and responsive to help!

Very useful and unique Timesact app for quickly creating pre-orders. allows you to launch a product and get an order list. The support is responsive and efficient. I recommend this Timesact app which will make you gain in pre-sales performance.

Incredible support. Very responsive and quickly solved my problem. I had initially downloaded a different pre-order app and the customer service was terrible / took too long to address my problem so I deleted and found Timesact instead. They were so helpful and the app works perfectly. Highly recommend!

We are really loving this app so far! As a small business focused on sustainability and quality, we make everything in small batches. We do have a production schedule, so we know what items will be completed soon. Timesact has allowed us to offer the Pre-order option to our community, so they can see the expected shipping date and order confidently, rather than waiting and wondering whether the item might be available, and when!
The support is top notch-- Jolo helped me during my setup call, and he was very nice and helpful, adjusting the code in Timesact so that the buttons would look right. I had a question about applying a Shopify discount a few days later, and the customer service was so helpful-- I even got an email from the CTO which I thought was a very impressive level of care.
My only feedback is that the text the app puts on the site is not automatically translated by Shopify's translate & Adapt, and they don't currently have a multilingual option. Its not a big deal, I just put the preorder message in both English & French, but something to be aware of so you know what to expect!
Overall thrilled with the app and the support, and would recommend!
