Incredible support. Very responsive and quickly solved my problem. I had initially downloaded a different pre-order app and the customer service was terrible / took too long to address my problem so I deleted and found Timesact instead. They were so helpful and the app works perfectly. Highly recommend!
This app is great and so was customer service. It does exactly what I need it to and I received quick results with the developer. Would definitely recommend

Great on-boarding session to help me better understand how to utilize the app for my needs. At first, glance looks like this is exactly what I was looking for.
We are really loving this app so far! As a small business focused on sustainability and quality, we make everything in small batches. We do have a production schedule, so we know what items will be completed soon. Timesact has allowed us to offer the Pre-order option to our community, so they can see the expected shipping date and order confidently, rather than waiting and wondering whether the item might be available, and when!
The support is top notch-- Jolo helped me during my setup call, and he was very nice and helpful, adjusting the code in Timesact so that the buttons would look right. I had a question about applying a Shopify discount a few days later, and the customer service was so helpful-- I even got an email from the CTO which I thought was a very impressive level of care.
My only feedback is that the text the app puts on the site is not automatically translated by Shopify's translate & Adapt, and they don't currently have a multilingual option. Its not a big deal, I just put the preorder message in both English & French, but something to be aware of so you know what to expect!
Overall thrilled with the app and the support, and would recommend!
The developer was very quick to respond and assist us with some glitches our shop was experiencing.
Happy with the app so far.
