Robert did a terrific job addressing my issue with the pre-order button not functioning on my end. I highly recommend Timesact if you’re looking for outstanding customer service, issues addressed in no time, and wanting a user friendly app-get Timesact!

So far the app seems to be working well, but one thing I can say 100% is that the customer support is incredible! Absolutely what you'd hope for when you need help. Fast, detailed, efficient. I'm very impressed.

Our 'Canadian Forge' shop is an established Shopify store with 3000 SKUs and I've never had a better instructive session with an app developer. Intuitive, seamless, adaptive, conscientious, attentive, responsive, and beyond knowledgeable. We recently had to abandon another app that was attempting to do what Timesact has accomplished in spades. Our previous app was so cumbersome my staff avoided it and I'm excited to see Timesact has simplified the critical elements that drive this app's value into an art form. App is great and easy to use! We wanted few customization to be done in order for it work properly for our site so I contacted support, The reply was within an hour and Andrei was so prompt in getting the issue sorted even though it was Sunday! Thanks guys, way to go.

De app werkt heel goed en is makkelijk in gebruik. Ik had één issue (wat overigens van te voren werd aangegeven als opmerking). Ik kon dus gericht contact opnemen met het supportteam om mij te helpen. Ik kreeg binnen 5 minuten reactie en alles was geregeld binnen een half uur. Heel snelle support, super fijn!
