I tested several apps, and this was the only one that met all my criteria. The app has its own excellent product management system for Restock Alerts, Pre-Orders, and Coming Soon items, making it very easy to manage these functionalities.
Initially, there were two features not working due to my theme, but I reached out to support (special thanks to Robert, who is the CTO). He provided flawless assistance and fixed all my problems within minutes.
We also had a quick chat via google meet and i can confirm he knows his shit :)
I highly recommend this app & team, if you are looking for a reliable well-featured pre-order app.

Jolo was incredible in helping me set this up. This is the 3rd pre-order app I try and so far I can confidently say it works better than anything else, products update super quick, which is extremely important to avoid upset customers. Thank you all for creating such a great app.

Rommel was SO PATIENT and SO KIND. I asked a gazillion questions and he kindly answered each one. This app is missing a feature that I wanted but because of the amazing customer service, I'm fine waiting for them to develop it. I'm telling you - I installed/tested four other apps and nobody would help me in a timely fashion except Rommel! 10 STARS and so much appreciation for the help and true feeling of partnership. Keep crushing it!
