Timesact has been great and their customer service is like no other - they are on it!

Very happy to have this app to launch my pre-orders and restocks.

I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price.

I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond.

I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days.

So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

I've tried 6+ different ones and finally found timesact version. I was having issues with the install (left over code from the other apps) but Andrei pleasently took care of the issue within a few hours. Thank you so much!

Super fast service, great app, looks and work really well. I needed help changing the "add to cart" to "pre-order" and my question was answered in minutes.

This app has allowed me to launch my store on time due to a delay in stock. It allows pre-orders easily. The support is great, super fast and super easy to work with.

I have used this app for a couple of weeks now and it is the easiest, and cheapest (it's free!) solution for pre-orders I have come across. The customer assistance team was extremely patient and very detailed with their solutions. They were very well versed and were able to give the correct instruction and solve the issue. 5 stars! Support was super helpful and answered questions in a very short period of time. I tried four similar apps in total and was not happy with customer support that was never available. The Timesact guys actually answer questions like real human beings, instead of sitting behind a chat bot that never gets back to you. As long as I have pre-order items in my merch store, I will continue to use this app, and look forward to the additional features they will be adding in the future.
