Jolo helped me complete the setup in minutes! Excellent app and support level..
You can't ask for more! These guys are just the best in their field.
The app looks very well, it integrates almost seamlessly and where it doesn't you have support in a matter of seconds literally.
There is always somebody to answer your questions, solve you problem or if too complex will be passed to the dev team and will be solved 100%.
I highly recommend the app and the team :)

The app had a decisive advantage for us If you have different delivery times for products or manufacturers when pre-ordering, you can map this perfectly.
We were able to set everything up very well, but then had a problem with the online display. We contacted the support team by email today and they helped us immediately and solved the problem within a day. The response was so fast and professional that we are delighted. We recommend this app without reservation.

I just had an absolute pleasure of being in a zoom meeting with Jolo. Jolo did a fantastic job at explaining everything neatly, efficiently and clear. Making sure I was following along and understanding what was happening on his end. Though I knew all of the information due to research, I still found it wonderful how well he quited the features of the app and making sure that was I read about the app was in fact truthful.
Great experience from here and a jolly good laugh as well.

This is a great app. Many settings are available with clear communications to buyers so they understand that the item they are buying is a back order, and the displayed estimated delivery date gives clarity. There is also a pop-up message when they have mixed products in the cart, e.g., in-stock and backorder products, explaining that in-stock products will be shipped immediately and backorder products when restocked. This also helps to avoid potential confusion. On top of that, you can have a backorder badge on the product so it is immediately apparent that it is a backorder. Support agent Jolo was a great help. We had an initial call to discuss app features, and then after installation, he helped me with the settings. Thank you to Jolo and the developers.
