Superbe application. Je l'ai installée et prise en main très rapidement et facilement. Le service client est vraiment très réactif, malgré le décalage horaire. Andrei a adapté les badges dont j'avais besoin à ma charte graphique en quelques minutes. L'application s'intègre très bien à mon site sans perte de vitesse ni bug. Je suis vraiment ravie. 非常容易设定和添加产品。如果可以更改字体就更好了。比如说Important Notice上的字体，不能和Theme的字体统一的。但是颜色是可以修改成一样的，所以也不是太大问题。可以设定折扣和full payment或者partial payment。比如说可以设定先付一定比例的定金，然后设计具体日期扣钱，可以指定日期，也可以几天/月后自动扣钱，基本符合了我的需求。暂时还没有订单，希望有订单后更好测试流程和rules。

Onboarding meeting非常有用，June非常helpful。因为我的theme比较多customised，所以需要她来帮忙添加Pre-order的badge在产品页和collection页面上，还有需要提高页面显示速度。June都非常快的解决问题，而且还提供很好的页面和文案修改建议。推荐新用户都尝试一下预约这个meeting。很有用！

Fantastic, easy to use app. The Guided Setup Call is invaluable when setting up pre-order products and email automation. In my zoom with Rommel, he walked me through all of these steps and more. I highly recommend Timesact and the team. If I could give 10 stars for support, I would.

Great support, great app!

I installed this yesterday afternoon and found I had it mostly running to my expectations within half an hour.

When I noticed there was a free 30 minute onboarding call, I booked it and was surprised at how many time slots were available.

Jolo provided excellent support thouought the call and fixed a few things and had a TON of great recommendations. He was friendly, professional and very efficient.

Top notch experience.

This app is lovely and easy to navigate. We primarily use the pre-order function, and Timesact has all the necessary and advanced features available, from an all-around message display and partial payment option to special discounts. Not only was I impressed by the features of the app, but I was also amazed by the customer service. There is a free onboarding session for every new user, and Rommel, the account manager, walked me through the app and patiently explained everything and answered my questions. A live chat agent is also available during regular business hours, which provides significant reassurance in case anything unexpected occurs. Timesact starts charging once you have used up the 10 free pre-orders, which is understandable. After all, every business needs to generate revenue to keep running. The price after the free plan is reasonable compared to other apps out there offering similar functions. The bottom line is, if you are looking for an app that handles pre-orders, back-in-stock notifications, etc., I would strongly recommend Timesact.

Before Timesact, there was no solution for having a pre-order automatically turn on when stock hit 0 with product pages that were mostly built with PageFly. Luckily, Timesact's customer service and engineering team is amazing and were able to make it happen for us. The app works perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. They essentially custom built us a mod of their software. That is above and beyond customer service. Highly recommended.

Incredible customer service. Super responsive team. Developer was quick to help us work through a glitch on how sale and compare at prices were showing for pre-orders when inventory hit zero. App works beautifully. Highly recommend.

I understand the app a couple of days ago, and so far it is doing what it says it can do. Support from Andrei was fast and excellent, very helpful and highly recommended.
