We've been using Timesact for pre-orders for over a year and it has worked great for our business. Wonderful support from the Timesact team always as well

I had a small glitch and the Timesact team fixed my issue very fast. The App works great for us as well, allowing us to clearly let our customers know if they are purchasing an inline item or a backordered item.

Timesact helped me set up my pre order and when I had an issue they helped me straight away with their live chat. This is the best app I have used for pre order, they have made it so easy for me to use. I would highly recommend them over any other pre order app

Great app for setting up pre-orders. Through their excellent and fast customer service, we managed to get a pre-order solution up and running within minutes, and even got their assistance doing so in a country where shopify payments weren't available (a limiting factor in shopify).
So far the only pre-order app solution we could find that did this quickly and affordably.
