I recently started using Timesact, and it has been a lifesaver for managing pre-orders. In addition to that, I also use In-stock. The customer service team is exceptional and super responsive, which has made my experience using this app even better. I'm glad I found Timesact. Highly recommended!

I am writing this immediately after having taken advantage of my free video chat with Johnathan to help me set things up. I had a bit of a unique situation that he was extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating, even venturing out into an entirely unrelated app as it needed to interface with Timesact. Over the course of an hour he very thoroughly explained each one of my options and was extremely patient in repeating himself when I did not understand something the first time. The app itself seems to function precisely as I need it to and the backend offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment and any other factor you can think of. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend this very thoroughly designed app for functionality of course but also because I have not thus far received customer support at such a high level from any other app I have used. I really like this app! Very easy navigation, very user-friendly interface and the most important application does not require special skills and knowledge. I have tried several apps but this is the only one I think is the best! As a designer, it's very important for me that all applications are easy to use because I can't spend a lot of time learning an application. I was looking for an application that would not interfere with my work, but just help me to work, and this application completely meets my requirements! Also special thanks to technical support for quick answers and help! Surprisingly, the guys can solve any problem in a few minutes.

Great product, has all the features and functions you need from a pre-order/back in stock notifier. The customer service is even better. Jon was incredible. Super quick to respond and fix my technical issues (which were my own doing). Great product, I can see why it has so many 5 star reviews.

This app is great for making your site simpler and more usable for your customers. Furthermore, the assistance service is really efficient and fast, which in my opinion is difficult to find around
