Great onboarding and support! They took their time to explain in detail all the steps needed to get set up.
Andrei was so quick in response to my slight issue and even made a video to explain for my future reference. I would definitely recommend this app. Fast, easy and it delivers! Thank you!

Confusing at first, but once you go through the onboard presentation the app is really easy to use and very helpful for sales.
Timesact and the customer support I received directly from Andrei were out of this world as we prepared our site prior to airing on "Shark Tank!" With the uncertainty of how soon we would run out of product, and how much traffic to expect from the airing, Andrei went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and would run smoothly when our stock ran out, per variant. Great app, and great developer. Thanks Andrei!

I've tried different preorder apps and Timesact is one of the best. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of a preorder app. User-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick. Like Pam, who was so friendly and quick to resolve my concern. They would cater to everything you need. They even customised some codes so that the app works perfectly on my website theme. Definitely worth the money.

I tried many of the Pre-Order apps available and found Timesact to be the easiest to use. When I had a small complication getting it to integrate with Shogun, the Customer Service was exceptional. They were able to get the integration working in no time and the product works seamlessly. Highly recommend this app!
