We haven't had a chance to launch our backorder items yet, but the setup has been extremely smooth. Great app, easy to set up, and I've noticed an almost immediate increase in sales conversions - my customers have all the info they need to make a purchase. The developer was also very quick to answer my questions. I prefer this app over other pre-order apps I've used in the past.
