This app is great for setting up new items for pre-order. Implementation is straightforward and the only issue I ran into was quickly solved by customer support. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to list new items for pre-order!
I'm still learning the app, but I can see how impactful it will be for increasing sales and also for making our current customers' lives so much easier! The in-person walk through with Jolo - was amazing! No one does in-person anymore, so this added touch goes along way toward increasing my confidence in using the app as well as leaving me with a very positive feeling about Preorder. I can't wait to dig in and start implementing!
Pam was amazing. Late at night I was adding Coming Soon to the website and it wasn't working . She was so helpful, calm and managed to sort it all out very quickly. Great service and a great app.
