Awesome app - have used quite a few times for major pre-order sales that we have on our website. Super easy to use and most importantly it is very reliable, it does what it says. Had to reach out to support and they were super quick with a response. Highly recommend this one

Easy to install and use for a small number of the products to sell. If you have lots of products and want to change some settings for all....it is a problem.. there are no batch function such as select all, apply all, etc... The support person kindly offered to provide such a script for our specific use... but I did it manually by myself… I spent two hours intensively for a trivial simple task. .. I regret that the support person should have done the SCRIPT process from the beginning.

Alles in allem eine sehr gutes Tool. Auch technische Hilfe war sofort da um ein bestehendes Problem zu lösen. Von daher alles top und es sieht auch gut aus. Danke!

I'm just about launching my store and starting with pre-orders. I needed an a pre-order solution that would grow with me and Timesact is it! Andrei has been super responsive and supportive answering every question I've asked on chat and over email. He helped address a few challenges I was having with my custom theme and resolved all in a matter of minutes. There are new updates in the pipeline that he shared with me that will address my other pre-order needs. I highly recommend this app. The support is more than 5 stars!

Quite an easy APP to use, excellent technical support. Needed help with implementing the APP and tailoring the look to my theme after installation, the support replied within hours with solutions. Two thumbs up! The APP is doing exactly what I need it to do: take pre-order and give discount on 0-stock variants. I was hesitant for weeks before installation, but relief and happy instantly when finished within 24hours.

The plugin is working well. I had a little problem with the integration and Robert at customer support was very kind and professional. The problem was quickly solved.
