I had a great experience, Jolo supported me and walked me through all aspects of the app which made it easy for me to understand all of the functions but also how my business could use them specifically.
Such a great little app -- does what it says and SUBLIME support. 10/10 would recommend!
Set up was fairly straight forward. I did all my own set up and connecting then used the free call to make sure I did it all correctly. Jolo was very helpful on the call and in 15 minutes we had it all checked over and ready to go.
Andrei went over and beyond to help me set up my pre-order functionality on the app. Really appreciate his patience, helping me to set up correct and even fixed a few glitches without me even noticing. My first experience was great. Thanks very much!

Very versatile, customizable, and intuitive app. We needed some extra customization for an unusual variant display and before we were even sure if we'd be using this app (we are!) Robert created a quick and perfect solution. The pricing seemed like it might be confusing at first but it really makes sense and is very competitive for the functionality we get. Great instructional videos too, seems like they though of everything. Everyone I dealt with in service was proactive and helpful even over the weekend. Highly recommend!

I'm still learning the app, but I can see how impactful it will be for increasing sales and also for making our current customers' lives so much easier! The in-person walk through with Jolo - was amazing! No one does in-person anymore, so this added touch goes along way toward increasing my confidence in using the app as well as leaving me with a very positive feeling about Preorder. I can't wait to dig in and start implementing!
