This app have been INVALUABLE to our operations with out of stock items. Support (even on free tier) was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!
The Timeact team are true professionals - they fixed an issue that seemed impossible to solve! Even though the problem wasn’t related to their app, they still found the root cause and made everything work perfectly. The app itself is super convenient and easy to use.

I chose Timesact because it seemed very complete and perfectly aligned with what I had in mind - especially the separate carts when mixing in-stock items and pre-orders, which is incredibly convenient.
What truly convinced me, though, was the support. I had a setup call with their team and they helped me adjust everything quickly and efficiently. Super responsive, clear explanations, and real help - not just generic answers.
I feel that I'll be helped efficiently and quickly if and when needed, I'm not alone :)
