Very great customer support. The UI/UX needs improvement.
This app provided exactly what our small marketing team needed when Shopify's native integrations could not. Highly recommended for intuitive interface, ease of use, and exceptional customer service. They were able to quickly respond and navigate an issue with a speedy and precise follow up.
The app just works, and the technical support is the best I have ever experienced. Setup was seamless, and when I broke everything, they fixed it in minutes with a smile.
