his app is incredibly intuitive, fast, and reliable, everything works smoothly and exactly as expected. The user experience is well thought out, making it easy to get things done efficiently.

What truly makes the difference, though, is the amazing support from Rachelle. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing clear and timely assistance at every step. Her support went above and beyond, making the whole experience stress-free and genuinely pleasant.

Been using this app for a couple of years now. First of, the app is pretty expensive. The app works, however, there is so much clicking around to do. The main problem and the reason for the 2 stars is that the app doesn't work for orders received via Shop Pay, Buy Button or any other accelerated checkout buttons/ apps. The company will be ready to blame Shopify for this. Other than the sleek UI and some customization abilities, nothing good in terms of making it easy for the Shopify seller.

The app has worked extremely well to fix my problem. There were a few formatting issues for my template that the team was able to fix within hours. A great app and an even better team behind it!
