where do I start!! Its an awesome company. From customer service to the service its providing. Mashier from the customer service team is so nice, she help me with all questions, issue in a timely manner and the way she answer make me feel warm and well taken care of! Thanks very much Mashiar. I've been using TinyEmails for a while. The support team is great, and very excited to see where this tool is headed. It's feature rich, and everything is pretty intuitive.

I am absolutely AMAZED. Tiny Email Marketing it incredible and it is the solution I have been searching for years. This is for a number of reasons:
* Wow. No limit on subscribers and at a reasonable cost
* Can also have it for free if you have under 500 subscribers
* Absolutely Fabulous customer service. It there is something you need, they will make it happen.
* Very easy to use and has beautiful templates
* So simple to set up and use and has also got great tutorials
The list goes on.... I am so grateful I have finally found a quality product and service that supports my efforts to make a difference in the world!
I just started this app today, but if it is as good as their customer service, I know I made the right decision. Rahul their customer agent was so helpful, kind and patient with me today that he should get a raise.

I installed this app and start using it. After 2 days this app was frozen and never worked again. However the payment was also deducted after 7 days of trial. I contacted support and provided them the proof but no answer. I have all my subscriber from our website and have consent.

1) Our app is Free when you install it via the app store. Installing from our website is a paid service as we only offer free service to Shopify merchants. Please reach out to CS for a refund.
2) Accounts "freeze" for a violation of our Anti-Spam policy. You may only use tinyEmail to send Opt-In emails to your subscribers, not unsolicited ones.

Switching over and loving the support. Coding the coupon was a little challenging. Wish there was an easier way to do it, still looking to explore the other features and opportunities to grow with Tinyemail.
