Mashier from the customer service team is so nice, she help me with all questions, issue in a timely manner and the way she answer make me feel warm and well taken care of! Thanks very much Mashiar. I really liked tinyEmail, especially since it's free for Shopify users. Their 24/7 support is excellent. Laxman from their support team reached out to me on call to help me set up my tinyEmail account and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend tinyEmail for business owners looking for a promising email marketing tool.
TinyEmail has one of the best support here on Shopify and a great UI/UX. Fast replies. I am eagerly waiting on the flows feature and hope they will give us more flexibility and customizable options on creating the email flows that we want. Also a pabbly integration would be very helpful! Keep it up!

Firstly I should say that I'm not a very IT savvy person but it just took me an hour or so to send out a pretty good-looking e-newsletter to all our Shopify customers - linking to subscribers was super easy.
I requested some help on social media links and got a comprehensive (and understandable!) response within 30 minutes. There is a good range of templates although I didn't find it that easy to alter them, but I'm sure that that will come with practice. This is genuinely the only free app that allows you to send out a decent number of emails every month. Very happy user!

This is a great app. Just started but very simple process to create a campaign. Easy customer list management. Haven't gotten to the segmentation part yet but it looks like it will be very helpful.

Great app with lots of templates and designs to make it easy to send out a professional looking campaign. Clean and simple user interface and lots of statistics available to describe customer interaction with emails and great customer support. Integration with Shopify was simple and seamless. And their free email plan is an ongoing plan and is not a trial so there are options for all sizes of business. Highly Recommend this product.
