tinyAlbert: AI Email Marketing

Customer services are really bad. AI often pretends to be human to reply emails, but not helping. Staff members say different things every time. Fundamental features are lacking. No flexibility. I have chosen this to save my time but it's actually wasting a lot of time and just create frustration only. Very disappointing and I can't recommend this at all

As a solo-preneur, this app is a lifesaver. I have all the automations and campaigns pre-built customized to my brand, and appropriate to the occasion. The tool provides me option to create new content if I dont like what I see. Saves me 10hrs per week, which I can put it back in my business. Easy to use, clean and very efficient. These guys are doing big things. As previously mentioned, amazing customer support, very intuitive onboarding, and the team is rapidly incorporating customer feedback into their product.

I really enjoyed it, and love that fact that you just have to click a button to turn on ads that are generated for you. It's a very easy lift as an entrepreneur.

I have reconsidered my assessment and would like to express my thoughts. The app itself and the whole building block on an A.I. is unique and also very good. I can well imagine that there are still some things that could be improved, but the basic building block of the app is excellent in my opinion.

What I find very commendable is that you can set the AI to write the language you want. In fact, for the most part without grammatical errors, if you are not satisfied, you can regenerate it or even enter and edit it manually.

So kudos to the team and I hope there will be more targeted improvements with the app. Keep up the good work.

The app itself runs extremely well and is the easiest thing to set up for email marketing and even some on website marketing or pop-ups. Had small issue, I have to say that it was resolved in a timely manner and very professionally so can only recommend the app as on shopify it runs brilliantly and does exactly what you'd expect plus more. It also is extremely easy to set up with minimal requirements other than describing your business to which the AI will create adflow from that
