I'm already using tinyEmail, their email marketing solution which is very impressive by the way if you ask me. But tinyEinstein, their automation/AI software is even better, next-level stuff! In just a few minutes I could generate email content for the next weeks/month, something that would take me hours (to say the least) to do manually. With just a click of a button! If you don't have time to do email marketing manually but you also know how important it is to your business, this app is the perfect solution for you, just grab it now and you won't regret it. I have just installed this app. They provide great customer support. I was helped by Vidya as she explained all the features to me and helped me set up the app.

So far my experience with tinyEinstein has been fantastic! The developer is very attentive and answered all of my questions. Pricing was a little daunting at first for us as a larger store with a large customer list, but the developer worked with us and gave us a discount to try it out.
I highly recommend reaching out if you install the app and have any concerns. The developer responds quickly and seemed genuinely excited about their app which is an encouraging sign.
Will update this review when we have had more time to use the app, but so far 10/10 experience with the developer.
