TinyBackup ‑ Backups & restore

Its either difficult or not possible to find files a few days or weeks after that file was deleted, overwritten or edited. And the usability is very poor as I always have to have tech support find files for me instead of being able to do myself when I need it. I’ve used many backup and restore apps before and this is very limited interface. For example when I go to products it just shows the last time a product was backed up. There seems to be no way to see the last 3 or 4 backups a particular product was backed up. Or if they even keep past dated backups.

Hence, if for example a product file you worked on for two hours, get corrupted a week later either by a system or human intervention, that file is NOT Recoverable. The "Good" file is simply Overwritten by the corrupted file and there is no way to go back 24 hours or a week (like with every other Backup software I've ever used) to find and recover that original file. Its Gone! A Serious FLAW!

This app is an absolute lifesaver! I encountered an issue that caused multiple products to be altered or deleted, but the support team was exceptional—they quickly restored everything to a previous version before the problem occurred. I can't thank them enough; every store truly needs this app. You might not realize its value until you need it, but when you do, it’s invaluable. I don’t know how I would have recovered from this mistake without it. 5 stars all the way—definitely not worth the risk of going without it!

It works great!! Great piece of mind knowing my store is protected! I used to like another app, but they got expensive, so I'm sticking with TinyBackup for the time being.

Accidentally deleted most of my products.

The app allowed me to restore them all.

Would be 5 stars with a bulk restore feature. It seems like a basic requirement for a backup app. Who wants to restore 1000 products manually one by one?

Seems to do a nice job but does not include Apps backups from what I can see.

We hadden een probleem met de app omdat de virusscanner en firewall alarm sloegen. De snelle helpdesk heeft dit probleem aangepakt en nu werkt de app prima. Het restoren van producten gaat goed, maar kan slechts per product worden gedaan. Het in bulk restoren moet gaan via de helpdesk. Mooi product, snelle helpdesk en dat voor een gratis app!!

TinyBackup is great. You don't have to do a thing yourself. Just download the app. and it will do everything else for you. I will never be without it again. Thanks
