The calendar is buggy and shows different availability depending on the user and device. Some of my customers report that they see different availabilities depending on if they're on their phone or PC. I am also able to see availabilities in my calendar from my end that are not supposed to be available. Some of my clients are getting very frustrated when I have to tell them that I have to reject their bookings because it overlaps with other bookings.

I sent a report to Tipo 4 days and have not received a response.

The app supports multiple products, flexible time scheduling, and has a good customer interface. For a free app, it's already better than most paid calendar booking apps. Something I'd like to see improved in the future, however, are:
- Ability to include a text description on the booking page
- More ease of use for uploading your own images for the calendar background.

Allowed us to book customers into appointments ready for post Covid-19 closure. They adjusted a screen to make it easier to view in our system. Very impressive free app.

Worked with it for 2 days now, and looks and feels pretty good. A lot of options! You can even add email notifications and submit employees to certain events or workshops.

I use this app for booking my appointments for my clients. I would prefer if you could easily rebook new appointments. I cant book 2 or 3 appointment together we have to go into the system again. Hopefully this can be arranged, Thank you very much

im not satisfied with the customer service. i need help at this time because i have a fivver personal helping create my landing page and we are stuck at this point. ive tried several time to reach out to customer service. Their is no number to call or chat box for chating . i chose the free plan just to check out the app before paying .

It works, but it's mostly just okay. The UI is a bit clunky and doesn't work well on a mobile screen.

Great free app, can be slow and have server issues. Some features missing such as being able to block out by hours instead of days.

I used this app to set up virtual styling appointments on my website. Although, it sets the appointments I don't like that I have to do it as a product and make people go through a check out process. I also do not like that it does not send out a Zoom link automatically and sync automatically with my Google calendar.

I'm very happy with the app. Once installed and after using I ran into some problems with adding additional products to my shopping cart. Most importantly I contacted support at Tipo and they replied in a timely manner. They listened and responded to my problems offer solutions. They did do program updates which help the functionality within my store. booking moved a bit slow in my now it is faster which is very important to the customer. Laura kept followed through and got the issues fixed with the developer. I highly recommend using this app. And I recommend communicating with them if you have a problem. They are willing to solve. biggest drawback is they are 15 time zones ahead which can be challenging to communicate in live time.
