My gift store is by appointment only now, so I use this app for my customers to sign up for either 20 or 45 minute visits. It's very easy to set up and use - I just created a product for each king of visit. Then link the products to the app. And the best thing is that when I did have a couple questions, their customer support got back to me right away and solved my issues!!

This app is absolutely amazing. It works great, and the support is great too! They respond fast and were able to fix all issues we had. We will definitely continue using this app.

Our needs are pretty minimal, we're using Tipo to provide in-person shopping appointments with one location and one user. The Tipo team was *very* responsive to communication and wrapped up some custom details for us very quickly.

It's a great app with everything I need for my shop, easy to set up and customise. I've had a few small issues but the customer service quickly solved them. Big thank you to Laura who is always so efficient and helpful.

TIPO has helped us as a car care service company to make our customers book services easily. We might have missed something but an improvement for us would be to be able to schedule the exact amount of time a service takes, for us it´s days.
