This app is a game-changer for managing bookings—easy to use, highly customizable, and seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar. The support team is fantastic, always quick to resolve any issues!
Just set this thing up, it seems quite easy - I ask a question on how to and while waiting for response I understand how to do it myself. Support - I talked to Laura - is really great and nice!

I have 2 stores and I am from Bulgaria and I want to tell you that these guys from the app integrated both my stores in 1 Google Calendar and also did some uniqe translations for me so my patients can use the app without needing to translate anything. I highly recommend this app it is so good, really and don't hesitate. If you find anything that is lacking in the app, just contact the support :)
my theme is purchased on shopify. yet this app said my theme is not supported by their team. anyways, they eventually managed to hide my pay button, but also stopped everything that i've edited to be actively displayed onto my website................

Laura was really helpful when I needed assistance with the booking system today. Despite the time difference she managed to figure out what I'd missed and get me the help I needed. This is often the case whenever I've needed assistance. The updates have caught me off guard a few times when things have changed but Laura has always got me back on track promptly.
Loading the calendar and checking appointments can sometimes feel a bit long winded (my staff struggle to check appointments without me) but the app generally works well for my business.
I have to praise the support, Laura was truly amazing and helped me solve all my issues. In the end, the app doesn´t have all the features we need, so we are going to find another one, but thanks to the support, I would gladly stay with Tipo if I didn´t need something else.
Had a problem with the book button, Laura from Tipo Team help me in matter of minutes even on a busy time of the year. Not an hour later everything works perfectly. Highly suggested.
