I had added this app with the intention of using it in the future. Without me realizing it, they made a number of edits to my site's theme yesterday which messed up my website and cost me a LOT of money when my much anticipated shop update went live today but my customers couldn't buy anything because the "add to cart button" was mysteriously gone from every product page after the edits Tipo Appointment Booking made. I deleted the app and the "add to cart" button came back on my website immediately. Unfortunately it took me hours to figure out that this is what was causing the issue. Really annoyed and wouldn't recommend this app.

Our dev has fixed the issue. If you install the app and get the issue. you only need to re-integrate theme. the issue will be fixed.

This app is absolutely user friendly which you could choose to customize the schedules of services with ease. The layout looks fabulous as well. The only suggestion is that the app would be perfect if end-users could choose their own time-zones when viewing the schedule. Hopefully this function can be added later.
I loved this app in the begining but there is no help when you need it. Support answers after 2-3 days and the booking form takes ages to load which have made me lose out on tons of money. It happens every week now...
There are just a few Booking/Appointment apps in shopify and this is one of the easiest and profesional to use!
We use this app on our website and it is simple and easy to use! The staff is also extremely helpful and quick to respond if there are any questions that you have.
The exact app i need to schedule my booking for customers buying my studio packages not many app are free for this kind of feature
I used this app to book virtual visits with Santa over Zoom. It allowed me to create the appointment slots with lots of useful options. Integration with other tools was a little tricky, but I eventually made it work (using Zapier to automate the Zoom meeting creation and then sending an appointment email)
We used Tipo to manage our farm activity booking during Covid-19. The app made it very easy for customers to select a time online and for us to monitor when and in what numbers customers would be coming to the farm. Quite flexible with the basic settings available and if needed code modifications make even more customization possible. Definitely would recommend this as a good option for anyone looking to integrate online bookings!
The app is seamless for the customer, but not the store owner. It doesn’t add the appointments to your store calendar, and it doesn’t even email you a calendar invite. You have to create your own google calendar invite so you don’t forget the appointment and can get reminders. Then, customer service doesn’t help. They have sent me the incorrect link twice, and even at the bottom of the link it has a rating of 1 like and 16 dislikes. At the present moment in time, I don’t recommend this app. You definitely get what you pay for, and this app is free.
Best App created ever! Well done guys. So easy to use and I didn’t need any help very simple that even my grandmother could figure it out.
