I am very satisfied with this appointment booking app, as it has some benefits that other booking apps I've used don't have. I got excellent help from Laura when I had some technical difficulties, love that it's a real life person and not an AI bot!
This app is incredible! The UI is clean and simple, things are easy to find, there's a ton of editing options that just make sense. I run a catering business and It's just about everything I could ask for in an appointment app. The plan pricing is reasonable as well. Now for the best part of my Tipo experience and the whole reason I'm writing this review, is the customer support. I don't have many problems, but when I do I contact them and they fix my issues perfectly and make it looks like it's easy. I want to give a shout out to Laura specifically, she's a delight and it just gives me confidence for the future in using this app if I ever encounter more problems. Definitely recommend giving them a shot!
Setting up the app was easy, however I ran into some issues with the widgets on some pages. Contacted support, spoke to Laura, and the team solved it in a short time. Great experience so far !

Absolutely five stars—no explanation needed. Laura and her team are always responsive and quickly resolve issues for someone like me who is not very tech-savvy.
