The customer service it's over the top. In less than 24 hours the changes de coding so my other app could work properly, I never have issues with this app

It does almost everything I need! When I reach out to support, they are quick to assist me. Helped me with 2 issues back to back. Very satisfied.

My only suggestions to improve the app:
1. Have the availability to duplicate Services, so you don't have to change all the settings for each new service you create. In my field, I have new services every month, and changing the settings can be tedious.
2. Have the availability to make certain services only available on certain days of the week. The only workaround I have found is to create a blackout for EACH WEEK of the year to blackout consecutive days. It is very tedious.

This app was exactly what I needed! Support was VERY helpful and quick to help me make some changes on how things were displayed. I could not have asked for better service! Thank you so much!!! This app helped me to add a calendar to my website which is the most important requirement for me. It's easy

The app is pretty easy to use and Tipo's customer service is very helpful!
The integration with Shopify is visually nice and natural. I can't wait to see the IT team developping some other options like subscriptions for the customers (booking the same time slot, every same day in the week at a certain frequency) :)
