UPDATE:
The calendar is buggy and shows different availability depending on the user and device. Some of my customers report that they see different availabilities depending on if they're on their phone or PC. I am also able to see availabilities in my calendar from my end that are not supposed to be available. Some of my clients are getting very frustrated when I have to tell them that I have to reject their bookings because it overlaps with other bookings.
I sent a report to Tipo 4 days and have not received a response.

The app supports multiple products, flexible time scheduling, and has a good customer interface. For a free app, it's already better than most paid calendar booking apps. Something I'd like to see improved in the future, however, are:
- Ability to include a text description on the booking page
- More ease of use for uploading your own images for the calendar background.
Good app with flexible settings and ability to customise to your theme. Simple to use back office and efficient customer support. We had a query with the way the app was rendering and Laura sorted it all quickly and efficiently, Thank you.
We have set up this app to book appointment with our clients. Ran into some trouble on our end at the start, and the support team at Tipo have been outstanding fixing our mistake and getting us up and running! Much better than alternative apps.
The minus is that there is no live support, with it I would solve all my problems with settings much faster.
So far its exactly what I needed it to be. Its easy to use, easily customizable, and works seamlessly.
**UPDATE**
I kept the original issue down below in case anyone else has the same problem. Laura (customer support staff member) helped me for several days fixing conflicts with my theme code.
I added this app and now my cart doesn't work anymore. When you add a product to the cart and go to the cart page, the subtotal number is correct but none of the line items are there. Then, when you try to check out, the cart throws an error and says there's nothing in the cart.
I would really appreciate it if this problem was solved.
We use this app to help our customers book time slots at a photography space we own (ROOLEE Photo Loft). I love the easy way customers can select time slots and how simple the backend calendar is to view and alter. I wish there would be an improvement in the actual time slots. It would be nice if customers could select a time and a buffer window is immediately placed before and after the booking time.
The best booking app that integrates with Shopify that we've found so far. Design integrates beautifully with our website. Easy to use. Responsive, helpful customer service. I only wish they could include custom fields in the Shopify confirmation email.

I tried different booking apps prior to using Tipo and this is the best so far. The support service is outstanding and helped with customizations and integrations. Updated review:
