We needed a booking app quickly after restrictions on bars were lifted - as a small venue we had to book the space out as "private hire". This app was great, simple to set up and add to the web site and we can add the appointments to my email calendar too. We didn't need anything too complicated and this fitted the bill with clear tutorials. When "product" was changed to "services" I needed some help to edit and got a fairly quick response.
Because it's free, it is OK. I'd happily pay a fee for someone to help me to go over some settings and make it more advanced. It's not quite straight forward.
This app has been an absolute game changer for our business, couldn't be happier. Had tried quite a few booking apps that didn't quite do the job, then installed Tipo and haven't looked back. Easy to use at both customer and admin end.
Awesome app! I use it for virtual and in person classes with multiple teachers. We provide certification programs. This allows us to block out times and preset schedules for the entire year. Both customers and employees utilize this app. Its also great for oversight and management.
This App is great will be very good if they integrated Shopify POS. Also a paid option to remove watermark and allow extra Editable options.
This app works great for keeping appointments organized my only complaint is I wish the customer facing interface was a little cleaner.
I really like this app, but I feel like there are a few bugs. For instance, after booking an appointment the confirmation page is blank. Other than that I don't have very many complaints.

My gift store is by appointment only now, so I use this app for my customers to sign up for either 20 or 45 minute visits. It's very easy to set up and use - I just created a product for each king of visit. Then link the products to the app. And the best thing is that when I did have a couple questions, their customer support got back to me right away and solved my issues!!
