exactly what I needed. Something that I could add multiple staff members and let the customer choose.
Most of the time app works ok. But a couple of times now clients have booked and paid for appointments but app fails to notify me by email to say there has been a booking made. Also when I have rejected appointments app has failed to let the client know. Not sure whats going on??
My clients can overbook for the same time slot and customer service said there's nothing they can do about it because it seems they purchased it at the same time. Please fix this problem. :)
Terrible customer service. I've contacted them several times and given them access to my Shopify as an admin. No action and no follow-up. I'm going to have to uninstall
After some hiccups at the beginning, the Tipo team fixed the issue and now the app works perfect. Great customer service and support!
So far I love it! It's simple enough to set up and easy enough to use. There are a few upgrades and tweaks I would like to see that could make viewing the appointments more efficient and overall more user friendly. But honestly, I'm impressed a free app works so well. We operate a very small retail store with a lot of customers traveling some distance to visit us. With the new Covid restrictions, we wanted to ensure those customers could guarantee a space to browse once they got here. So we set up this appointment app to take reservations with a $5 booking fee that's credited towards their in-store purchase. The fee is great to discourage people who are not serious buyers and if someone skips the appointment we keep it as a penalty for wasting our time. Overall this is a great tool to help businesses adapt to the new normal.
Could be better does have some glitches in the system with overbooking. I wish there was another way to see grouped names instead of clicking on every appointment. It gets the job done.
Easy to set up and functional to use. Happy so far, but only beginning. They do need to incorporate a "back" button incase steps need to be adjusted.
I recommend this application which is very well developed and meets all expectations.
