I recently encountered an issue with the Tipo Bookings plugin and, expecting swift assistance, I reached out to their support team. As a premium user, I anticipated a level of service that justified the extra cost. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

It took a staggering 22 hours to receive a response to my support ticket. This delay was not only frustrating but also impacted my workflow significantly. In a fast-paced environment, such long waiting times are impractical and can lead to serious setbacks.

While the plugin itself functions adequately, the support service, which is a crucial aspect of any premium product, was disappointingly slow. For a service that charges extra for premium support, one would expect a more efficient and responsive helpdesk.

In summary, while the Tipo Bookings plugin might meet basic needs, those considering the premium version for faster support might want to temper their expectations.

Great/Consistent product and top notch customer service.

In the beginning we had some technical difficulties. The app didn't integrate with our theme but after I contacted the service team, Laura replied and being so patient and very helpful, we emailed back and forth to try to find what was going on and finally we got it solved. Thank you very much Laura!!

PS. I needed more help with the layout and positioning of the booking form our website, I contacted Laura again, within a second she emailed me back "Please let us try. I’m working with the developer team on the request. I will keep you posted asap." As a business owner I would hope to have an employee like this. Again Thank you very much Laura, and your boss is very lucky to have you.

This is the most useful app. I have tried so far and it does everything exactly as described, highly recommended.

To my disappointment they have removed the blackouts option with the latest update, but based on my feedback to them (and many others I assume), they have put it back. Great app and support.
