we found this app a little difficult to start with - more down to our low-level of tech knowledge, however we reached out for support. The support given was great and we were quickly using the booking system for our framing service during the pandemic. It worked really well.
Could be better does have some glitches in the system with overbooking. I wish there was another way to see grouped names instead of clicking on every appointment. It gets the job done.
Easy to use app for booking appointments, customer support responds fast and helps with finding the solution. We are satisfied with this app.
