Easy to install and integrates well with Shopify. It's also helpful to view event data, which can be difficult to access in the Meta campaign.
Do not waste your time with this app. I downloaded it specifically to set up my Facebook pixel, but it simply does not work. I followed the setup instructions step by step and the pixel never tracked any data — no page views, no add-to-carts, nothing. For an app whose whole purpose is tracking, that's a dealbreaker.
What made it worse was the support. I reached out for help multiple times and never got a response. No reply, no follow-up, nothing. If something breaks, you're completely on your own.
I can't recommend this to anyone serious about running ads and tracking conversions. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

When a pixel is configured manually, the connection depends on the ID and event settings matching exactly on both sides, and a single mismatch is enough to stop events from being recorded at all, which lines up with the empty data you describe.
I have great news to share: that setup step is no longer needed. TiXel now integrates officially with both Meta and TikTok, connecting straight to your ad account and linking your pixel automatically. 🎉

Good support, got everything set up nice and quick
This app is completely unreliable and a waste of money.
I installed it to set up my TIKTOK Pixel on Shopify, but it simply does not work. The pixel failed to track any data properly despite following all the setup instructions carefully.
Even worse, the app keeps attempting to charge me for a service that is clearly broken. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and refused to issue a refund or take any responsibility.
Charging users for a non-functional service and then denying refunds is unacceptable. This is not how a professional app should operate.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this app. Save your time and money and look for a better alternative.

Looking into this, the tracking gaps you saw are typically caused by the pixel being configured manually, where a small mismatch in the setup is enough to break event reporting.

Regarding your concern about the charge: Shopify's platform is designed so that apps cannot charge merchants without manual approval. Our records show that the subscription was approved on January 22, 2026, and that the app was subsequently used to successfully install a pixel on your store.
