First impression: easy setup, good functionality and it has a free basic version. So far I would rate 5 Stars.
But from time to time I recognize often errors in the backend and frontend. "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again soon."
Backend is then broken and widget in the frontend is blurry and shows no pictures.

First, I am glad that you initially had a pleasant experience with our app. I can totally understand your frustration when opening the backend and seeing simply "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again soon". Since your experience, we have fixed this error and other related backend issues.

Regarding the blurry images, recent Instagram API changes broke the pictures for all stores and required merchants to reconnect their accounts. We sent out emails about this, but we realize some might have landed in spam.

Should you decide to reinstall, we remain at your disposal to make sure everything runs smoothly.
