ToAddIt is generally pretty easy to use, though making sure your SKUs are all properly mapped to your store isn't straightforward if you have a product with multiple variant options. After placing my first order through my store, the app asked me to match the item on the order to one of my ToAddIt SKUs. I thought this was already set up after importing the products, but I also deleted some of the variant options I didn't want to sell on the Shopify end, so maybe that's why it asked me to map the SKUs.
I like that the app creates decent product mockups/models for you, which is very helpful. And the pricing is the best I've seen across all POD services I've come across so far! Very beginner-friendly in that regard.
I don't like that packages come with Chinese labels on the products because most of my customers won't be able to read them, but the products themselves are of okay quality. I've only ordered a duvet cover set so far and have some placemats on the way.
The print quality on the duvet cover is amazing! I just wish they weren't quite so thin and had more options for materials (cotton ideally) and pillowcase/sham sizes. (A flanged pillowcase option would be great to have.) Most people in the U.S. expect larger pillowcases for a king-size bed instead of the standard size. The duvet covers do look great once you get a comforter inside though, so maybe I'm just not used to buying polyester covers.
Also, it would be awesome if we could get branded packaging by uploading our logo and business info! Just a suggestion that would help small businesses deliver a more memorable experience to our customers.
Anyway, I'm expecting to get my sample placemats likely this weekend (super excited), so I will update my thoughts on those later!
