I’m spending less time each day tracking down escalated cases and I’ve seen enough detail to know that Token of Trust is verifying the identity and age of our customers’ e-commerce orders properly while also handling the due-diligence and escalation process. I previously had to spend a lot of time reviewing flagged and escalated cases, but now Token of Trust does that with a greater level of automation on Shopify. This is really important for our e-commerce business that needs to rapidly fulfill orders.

We've been using Token of Trust for age verification, excise tax collection and compliance reporting for the last 6 months. They've exceeded expectations and continue to monitor our site every day. I have been a customer of Token of Trust for a year + now. Everything has worked perfectly and I also have other of there products they offer. This is the best priced most efficient software for what is was built for. If there is a problem i can get them to fix asap. If you are looking for for a service they offer I would recommend calling them and see if they can help you!
