Toki: Loyalty + Memberships

Toki has been pretty amazing so far. For the past few years we've been looking for a good rewards + loyalty + referral system, finally we found this one with ALL the features we want. All the settings are easy to navigate, the interfaces for front-end and back-end are very pleasant to use.

Although the pricing can get hefty if you want all the features, but there are options to start easier and then progress into more advanced functionalities. The only suggestion I have so far is to have a longer trial period for new users, there are so many things to configure, it's not an easy task for any small business to complete within two weeks time.

We are very looking forward to launch our membership program with Toki's help.

Toki has been a really excellent partner as we explore our entry into Loyalty and Referral. Elise and her team have been extremely accommodating and receptive to feedback, often building our requests directly into their product roadmap. Toki is the best value in ecommerce rewards, period. Their feature set is second to none in our experience, and their unreasonably accommodating support makes it feel like we have our own rewards team in-house; Elise and Bonnie took a genuine personal interest and sense of urgency during our very needy onboarding month. I tried several others in the past that never got fully implemented because the support was weak - Toki simply MAKES IT HAPPEN.
