Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards

Toki powers my wallet card, our paid membership for our community platform, and the wallet side has been excellent. Members get their card straight into Apple or Google Wallet with no app to download and nothing to scan, which is exactly the frictionless experience we were after. The Built for Shopify integration sits cleanly on top of our store and setup was simpler than I expected for something this capable. The standout though is the support. Jason has been quick, genuine and really helpful every time I've reached out, which counts for a lot when you're building something new. Highly recommend.

Beyond excellent — this app is in a league of its own.

I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque.

The level of customization is huge — from design options to reward rules and point-earning mechanics, it feels less like “using an app” and more like building your own loyalty universe. If you can imagine it, there’s probably a way to make it happen in Toki.

That flexibility does come with one small side effect: you may occasionally find yourself thinking, “Wait… I can customize this too?” Thankfully, Jason and the Toki team are incredibly supportive throughout the setup process.
