It's made keeping our customers engaged, incentivized, and coming back for more a total cakewalk. We’re learning valuable insights, our community is getting rewarded, and it’s all done in a beautifully branded interface that we made in Toki’s backend.

We just started using Toki for our reward program, and I really want to share how great it is so far. Elise and her team are super helpful. They answer all our questions fast and make it easy for us to get started. They're really nice to work with.

We also really like how Toki looks. It's new and different, which makes our program stand out. It gives our customers something fresh and fun, plus some cool features too.

Doing the install right now. It is a very powerful software. Will take some time to get used to because of all the options you have. Customer service is very good, very attentive and detail oriented. The support articles are extensive.

This has everything you ever could have imagined. Switched from Yotpo Loyalty which was good customer service and good program but pales in comparison to the feature count of Toki - and Toki comes at a better price.

Very glad I found them, and I have no doubt they will be continuously improving the experience.
