We truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Toki — both the platform itself and the team behind it.
From the beginning, Jason has been one of the most accommodating, helpful and genuinely kind partners we’ve worked with. He took the time to understand our business, our brand and exactly what we were trying to accomplish, and then worked alongside us to make it happen. Every question was answered quickly, every requested change was thoughtfully considered, and deadlines were always treated with urgency.
The functionality of Toki is incredible, while still being extremely easy and intuitive for our customers to use. One of the biggest reasons we chose Toki was its ability to offer both a traditional rewards program and a paid membership program within the same platform. The team worked closely with us to customize the experience around our specific needs rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all solution.
We also love the additional features, like Apple and Google Wallet integration, that make the customer experience feel even more seamless and elevated.
Perhaps most impressive is the value. After comparing Toki to other platforms, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the amount of functionality, customization and hands-on support you receive.
We researched quite a few options before choosing Toki, and we are SO happy we did. The platform is fantastic, but having a responsive, collaborative team behind it has made all the difference. Jason has truly felt like a partner in bringing our vision to life, and we would recommend Toki without hesitation.

Toki is a powerhouse of an app, with very well thought-out and user friendly methods of engaging and retaining customers. The ability to customize the loyalty program so granularly has been incredible. The ease at which Toki integrates with various platforms we operate from to automate and track our loyalty program is invaluable. And the customer service is unmatched - highly recommend Jason and his team!
