After trying several loyalty solutions, Toki stands out by a wide margin. The feature set is genuinely the most comprehensive I've come across — from points and rewards to referral programs and tiered memberships, everything is covered and works seamlessly within Shopify.

What really sets Toki apart, though, is the support team. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and actually go out of their way to help you get set up properly. Issues get resolved fast, and they treat every question as if it matters — because to them, it clearly does.

If you're running a Shopify store and want a loyalty program that actually delivers, Toki is the answer. Highly recommended.

Toki powers my wallet card, our paid membership for our community platform, and the wallet side has been excellent. Members get their card straight into Apple or Google Wallet with no app to download and nothing to scan, which is exactly the frictionless experience we were after. The Built for Shopify integration sits cleanly on top of our store and setup was simpler than I expected for something this capable. The standout though is the support. Jason has been quick, genuine and really helpful every time I've reached out, which counts for a lot when you're building something new. Highly recommend.

Beyond excellent — this app is in a league of its own.

I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque.

But what really sets Toki apart is the customer service. Jason has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire setup process. No matter the issue, he was always there with a solution, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making everything work perfectly. Every single problem I encountered was resolved — and resolved well.

What truly impressed me is that if you need something custom or a specific code tweak, their team just does it. No hassle, no back and forth — they get it done quickly and professionally.
