Niezl is awesome!!!
I was a little confused at first (only because I didn't slow down and read) but within minutes, I was able to figure the installation out on my own. Once I got that down, everything was SO EASY! I am so excited to see how these videos help with conversion. What a great way to add some personality and a true personal touch to my site. I've used other apps and this one is by far the best!

Just Installed & Mikaela was awesome service -- had a few questions about making it compatible on different landing pages and making it just right, she answered every question in a matter of seconds with screenshots and made the onboarding easy. This could be the most functional and wonderful application I've seen recently in terms of the features it offers. It's ideal for adding a more quality and professional atmosphere to your store.
