I love this app in particular because it allows me to express my creative and wonderous side when it comes down to developing my Website. The Video integration allows me to relate and pin point on the things in which my customer are searching for, thank you again Tolstoy for giving me this ability.

Customer support is very great. They are able to answer and resolve the issues that we are facing. The app is also great as it is easy to embed and customize. Hoping that sorting of products can be implemented but looking forward on it.

Its been really beneficial getting my story across in video format. love that it can be a pop up when people come to my site. also, customer service has been very very helpful with some glitches i had, in particular, Niezel, shes great and always follows up to her best of abilities.

I reached out to customer support regarding Tolstoy not working on mobile devices. Mikaela looked into the matter and was able to let me know why that was happening and how to fix it. It was a seamless process. Great customer service. Love the app but also love that customer service is top notch with Tolstoy.
