Tolstoy AI Shoppable Video UGC

Looks great! Had issues at first with our theme not having blocks/sections, contacted support and they installed it on our website in a few hours. Mikaela was our support representative and she was incredibly helpful throughout everything. Very easy to work with, didn't need much from us to install the widget. They are highly responsive and quick to act. While we encountered some setup issues initially, any bugs were resolved promptly, with clear recaps and updates provided throughout. Communication was always polite and easy to follow.

Emmanuel has been especially supportive, patiently guiding us through the platform step by step. Even without being very familiar with Shopify or the platform at the start, we felt well supported and confident using it.

The AI studio also performs very well, producing more stable outputs than other AI tools we’ve tried and saving us time in post-production. Overall, Tolstoy is a platform we’d recommend.
